Our Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting independent, handmade art! We want you to love your unique piece. Because our creations utilize organic, natural snake shed, variations in pattern, texture, and color are natural characteristics of the artwork and not defects.

• Pre-Made Art & Jewelry: We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items purchased at expos or online within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Custom Keepsakes & Memorial Pieces: Due to the deeply personal and custom nature of pieces crafted from your own pet’s shed, all custom commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Damaged Items: If your piece arrives damaged during shipping or breaks within the first 30 days due to a structural defect, please contact us immediately with a photo at [Your Email Address]. We will happily repair or replace it for you free of charge.

Hoodie Goodies Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Hoodie Goodies! To keep our handmade studio running smoothly, we honor the following payment guidelines:

🛒 In-Person & Booth Purchases

• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay, and cash at our expo booths.

• Immediate Payment: All ready-to-ship artwork, jewelry, and inventory must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We cannot hold items without payment.

🐍 Custom Shed Commissions

• Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your spot in our custom design queue, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront. This covers the initial design layout and material preparation before you mail or hand over your pet's shed.

• Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance plus any shipping fees is due immediately upon completion of the artwork.

• Order Fulfillment: We will ship or hand over your completed keepsake only after the final payment has cleared. Completed items left unpaid for more than 30 days after notification will forfeit the deposit, and the artwork will be archived or dismantled.
